the control center is ridiculous! The flights can be coming from any country , they should just stick with the standard protocol instead of insisting in using pure english to communicate. what's "the ramp people"? why not justuse the standard international protocol instead of blaming others' use of a specific language? the control center operator obviously knows what the pilot meant by "going to the ramp". they just want to get stuck on the english part to forced the pilot into answering the question with "clearing into". I see the operator is more willing to risk more of the lives of the flight passengers than the pilot.
