有人離職,自不然又要展開招聘工作。由於公司要招聘一名初級秘書,馬沙就將整個面試程序,交給剛獲晉升的劉經理負責。由於劉經理獲晉升前未曾參與過招聘工作,所以事前跟馬沙說明自己主持面試的經驗不足,生怕自己請錯人。馬沙就叫劉經理好好把握今次機會,增加自己主持面試的經驗,並承諾協助他在最後入圍的3位候選人中,選出我想聘請的一位。
一個星期過後,劉經理終於完成所有面試工作,並向馬沙交出一份3人名單,並簡單描述3人的長處及短處。
A小姐冰雪聰明,對答如流,學歷亦是3人之中最好,唯一美中不足是面試當天曾遲到兩個多小時。
B小姐學歷平平,經驗亦只有年半,但有自信心及表現甚為上進。
C小姐學歷及經驗皆適合,但怕羞及表現較為緊張,最好笑是C小姐由開始至面試完成,完全忘記放下肩上的購物袋。
要劉經理為3人排名,次序分別為A、C及B小姐。
要馬沙去選擇,首選是B小姐,而次選為C小姐,至於A小姐則完全不作考慮。理由很簡單,B小姐學歷雖平平,但表現自信及有上進心,是馬沙最喜愛的一環。C小姐雖學歷及經驗俱備,但作為要面對不同客戶的前線員工,怕羞及緊張就要扣分。而A小姐單是面試遲到一項,就算她曉飛,馬沙都絕不考慮。要知道人家約妳面試,已俾妳一個機會,遲到即不珍惜機會及無責任心,且一遲竟是兩小時,點請得落手?

如果你去旁聽劉總面試,你就知道佢惦解B,C都會入圍比你簡。
然則以後誰面試, 無論是什麼理由,就算遲了一分鐘,就不要出現了.反正無機會嘛!
Any possibility if hiring both "B" & "C"??
"B" seems to be the most appropriate choice, she's sufficient working experience and good attitude.
"C" seems to have some "童真", she should be a funny girl as long as you don't mind spending some time to train her up.
Apart from your worries, I also have doubt that "A" could have many interviews at the same time, and she will surely resign as long as she secures another offer with better pay.
Since you are hiring a "Junior Secretary", the best candidate should be "reliable", "responsible" & "willing to learn"

無呢個擔心,講比你知,A小姐預約時間(10:00am)未出現的半個小時後,HR打電話比佢,HR話聽佢把聲,似乎還在(10:30am)家睡夢當中,事後我同劉經理講,下次再遇此類不專重面試的求職者,根本見都費事見!
若請咗佢,約咗客開會,還在家睡夢當中,點算?

秘書又唔係甚麼十分高增值的職位,準時、交帶、盡責,應比學歷較重要...
正常選擇, 要個高學歷既人做初級sec黎托咩, 唔夠2個月又要in過個.
